The Society's Diversity and Inclusion Committee has been working to deliver resources to increase member supports.  As part of this, the committee has created a new 'Wellness Hub', listing a wide range of resources and support on topics such as mental health, stress management, bereavement and loss, and wellbeing.

  • Wellbeing Live (Laya) - Choose from a selection of free classes including Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and other types of fitness and exercise. An event timetable is listed with daily classes which are available for booking in advance (via Eventbrite).
