SAI Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for chargeable events (e.g. conferences, conventions, workshops etc).

  • A substitution can be made at any time, while noting if the event is a ‘members only’ one.  Please email the name of your substitute to the Society;
  • Online cancellations may be made up to 2 weeks in advance and will not incur any fee;
  • During the period 8 – 14 days (inclusive) before the event, cancellations may be made online or by contacting the Society directly and will incur a 50% cancellation fee; and
  • No shows, or those cancelling within a week of the event, will be charged in full
