In order to guarantee places at this event, the Society needs to advise the IMI as soon as possible on the number of members attending. 

An organisation can be filled with the best people available, and still fail to innovate and grow. Why? Because its structure and culture go a long way in determining success or failure. Companies need to design their decision-making systems to create and maintain high participant motivation.

Dr Beth Altringer, Head of Desirability Lab & Lecturer on Innovation & Design at Harvard University draws on her knowledge of the psychology of design to go beyond product development to system design. In this presentation, Altringer helps organisations properly map their existing and ideal decision-making structure, identify weaknesses and examples of decisions that have a negative impact on morale and engagement, and design new structures that maximize motivation and remove barriers to innovative performance.

Fellow members not in receipt of a complimentary ticket may request a special code to receive a 50% discount on ticket prices (ticket purchases are dependent on availability).
