IMI Event: Masterclass 3: This is not an IQ Test - The Emotionally Agile Leader - Cork

There are a limited number of complimentary tickets available to the SAI at each of the half-day IMI Masterclass series events. The IMI Masterclass series is aimed at senior executives and gives access to global thought leaders and their ‘next practice’ ideas on organisations, leadership, management and people.

These CPD workshops are aimed at mid to senior level managers, and are designed to ensure managers are constantly refreshing and enhancing their management and leadership know how.

In a world of ‘distrust’, where trust in leadership is at an all-time low, the future leader is the emotionally agile leader.

Effective communication with a diverse workforce, boardroom politics, real-world politics, and all the unforeseen changes drifting into view can be a tricky task for any senior executive, no matter how intellectually talented they are.

Susan David, Instructor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School and author of the new #1 Wall Street Journal best-selling book “Emotional Agility”, will give a masterclass on how leaders can train and use their emotional intelligence to achieve personal goals and organisational success.

In order to guarantee places at this event, the Society needs to advise the IMI as soon as possible on the number of members attending.

The limited number of complimentary tickets (each worth €450) available will be allocated to Fellow members of the SAI in the order in which their reservations for the relevant event are received. Fellow members not in receipt of a complimentary ticket may request a special code to receive a 50% discount on ticket prices (ticket purchases are dependent on availability)
