IMI Event: Advant-edge Session 3: Implementing Organisational Change

There are a limited number of complimentary tickets available to SAI Fellow members at each of the Advant-edge series sessions. This series is connected by one overarching theme. Each session can be attended as a standalone session but, by attending all of the sessions, participants may gain a mini-professional development pathway.
The sessions are particularly aimed at time-challenged mid to senior level managers who may not be available to attend a full programme.
These CPD workshops are aimed at mid to senior level managers, and are designed to ensure managers are constantly refreshing and enhancing their management and leadership know how.
Building a winning organisation requires leaders to continuously drive and sustain a culture of change. In uncertain times, it is the leaders that embrace strategical change.
Led by Tim Wray, IMI Faculty Member, this mini- masterclass will help you better understand how to lead and plan effective change in a world where change is the only constant.
This session will outline the major theories of organisational change, frameworks for implementing change and the role of leadership influencing during organisational change.
In order to guarantee places at this event, the Society needs to advise the IMI as soon as possible on the number of members attending.

The limited number of complimentary tickets (each worth €125) available will be allocated to Fellow members of the SAI in the order in which their reservations for the relevant event are received. Fellow members not in receipt of a complimentary ticket may request a special code to receive a 50% discount on ticket prices (ticket purchases are dependent on availability).
