Review of the Titanic Competition

The Data Analytics competition ran by the Society of Actuaries to predict the survivors of the Titanic ended on 31/12/2015.

 

The top two teams (Zurich Life and Pensions and Deloitte Ireland GI) will share their experiences, present their modelling approach and comment on the challenges encountered.



There will also be a brief update from the Wider Fields Committee on further data analytics initiatives being planned by the Society.
