MEMBERS ONLY EVENT: CP92, Domestic Actuarial Regime and Related Governance Requirements under Solvency II

The Central Bank has issued a “Consultation on Domestic Actuarial Regime and Related Governance Requirements under Solvency II” (Consultation Paper CP92).  It is the Central Bank’s intention that the proposals set out will (with some limited exceptions) apply to all insurance and reinsurance undertakings that are subject to Solvency II and supervised by the Central Bank.  

The Society will respond to the consultation.  The purpose of this meeting is to hear members’ views on the proposals set out in the consultation paper.
