Stochastic Modeling for Health Care Actuaries

The IAAHS will offer a webcast on Stochastic Modeling for Health Care Actuaries on 16 November 2010. The webcast is sponsored by Milliman, and follows on the publication of the book: “Stochastic Modeling – Theory and Reality from an Actuarial Perspective”. This book was published in May this year by the International Actuarial Association, and two of the authors, Jim Stoltzfus and Andrew Dalton from Milliman, will be speakers on the webcast. Further information about the book is available at: www.actuaries.org/stochastic/
