Response to Pensions Commission Consultation on Sustainable State Pensions Into the Future

The Pensions Commission was established by the Government in November 2020 to consider issues around the State Pension which had been included in the Programme for Government, with the objective of reporting to the Minister for Social Protection by 30 June 2021.  The Commission issued a public consultation on 9 February and the Society has made a submission which may be found at the link here.
