Educated at St Catherine’s College, Oxford, where he read English, Roger is a Fellow of the RSA and member of the associate faculty at IMI. He is well published, including co-editing Inspiring Leadership with IMI’s Dr Kerrie Fleming for Bloomsbury, and is currently on the Advisory Board of Developing Leaders Quarterly (DLQ) the global journal for leadership practitioners.
