Orla is a Senior Manager with more than 20 years' experience as a Strategic Change Consultant, Executive Coach and HR professional. She has vast experience in leading the design and delivery of innovative, large scale organisational change and talent programmes across a variety of industries.

Elsabe is a manager in the Human Capital team with 7 years of industry and consulting experience. An expert in talent management, she has led engagements across various industries around the globe. Her area of specialty is workforce experience and she has a passionate interest in the future of work.
