Jason Wiebe – Moderator
As Chief Risk Officer for RGA’s EMEA operations, Jason is responsible for all risk management operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Jason is a qualified actuary with over 30 years of experience in life insurance/reinsurance in North America and Europe. Jason is a member of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
Seamus Creedon – Panelist
Seamus is a qualified actuary with more than 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry in both Ireland and the UK. He was the first chief executive officer of Bank of Ireland’s life assurance business and later became a partner with KPMG in London. He has been a leader for the European actuarial profession, with a particular focus on Solvency II. He is a professional non-executive director across life and health and non-life (re)insurance and asset management.
Emer Daly - Panelist
A Chartered Accountant, Emer is an experienced INED and has served on a number of Boards in a variety of industries over the last 16 years. She is currently Chairman of RSA Insurance Ireland dac, a Board member of Ryanair plc, RGA Reinsurance International dac and Chetwood Financial Ltd. She is also a partner in BetterBoards, and has lectured in UCD, the IOB and the IMI. Prior to starting her portfolio career, Emer worked as a Director with AXA Insurance Ireland and as a Senior Manager in PwC Dublin.
