Leading with Agility

This workshop will give participants the opportunity to actively reflect together on the possible limitations and opportunities that exist, leveraging frameworks such as Leadership Agility® and Adaptive Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. It is aimed at actuaries with extensive management experience, who will be willing to reflect and actively contribute to a discussion around the role of leadership, bringing new perspectives back to their role and teams.

Eadine Hickey is a Harvard trained leadership development professional with an international track record of Operations and IT leadership with both Accenture and General Electric. She holds a degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies, as well as an MBA and Advanced Diplomas in Coaching and Coaching Psychology.
