IMI Advant-Edge Session 1: Be an Authentic Leader (Dublin)

There are 10 complimentary places at IMI CPD workshops and a discount of 50% for additional attendees. 

These CPD workshops are aimed at mid to senior level managers, and are designed to ensure managers are constantly refreshing and enhancing their management and leadership know how.

Organisations need to recognise, harness, direct and develop their talent to use it to their best advantage - the same is true of their leaders. Billy will explore what we mean by authentic leadership in practice and demonstrate the key role that Emotional Intelligence plays in developing authentic leaders. An executive coach, leadership development specialist and an associate at KinchLyons, Organisational Psychologists, Billy is also a keen marathon runner, meaning he knows what it takes to tackle, and overcome, big goals.

The Society will then draw lots for the 10 complimentary places. The Society will then contact you by Tuesday, 20th February to advise you of the next steps.
