IMI Event: Membership Launch Day

Details of the Society’s partnership with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) are available here.  There are 10 complimentary places at certain IMI events.

Below are details of an upcoming IMI event that may be of interest to SAI members:

• The morning will start with a showcase of the IMI Membership Proposition - find out the key leadership, talent and people solutions available to you, your team and organisation through IMI Membership.  
• This will be followed with a keynote session “Your people don´t need leaders. They need coaches” by Tara Nolan from IMI Faculty Associate.  Tara will look at how the demands on leaders have changed and how the traditional tools of leadership are being replaced by a greater focus on a more collaborative and supportive style of leadership. She will share the critical importance of psychological safety within a team or organisation and why good coaching can seem counter intuitive & counter cultural.
• Next, the IMI will host a panel discussion with senior business leaders - on lessons from the top.
• The morning will then be topped off with a keynote session from Rasmus Hougaard, Founder & CEO Potential Project, titled “The Mind of the Leader”.  Rasmus will discuss how to lead yourself, your people and your organization for extraordinary results.

The Society will then draw lots for the 10 complimentary places. The Society will contact you on the 25th January to advise if you have been successful.
