IMI Advant-edge 3: Connecting Technology Leadership with a Growth Mindset

There are 10 complimentary places at IMI CPD workshops and a discount of 50% for additional attendees. 

These CPD workshops are aimed at mid to senior level managers, and are designed to ensure managers are constantly refreshing and enhancing their management and leadership know how.

In this final session of the IMI Advant-edge series 2017, IMI faculty member David Cornick will explore the concept of growth mindset and how to connect this to the increasingly popular practice of technology leadership.

Using specific research from Stanford Psychologist Carol Dweck, David will lead participants on how to identify opportunities internally within their organisations for fostering a growth mindset. David will then connect this research to actions by specifying the technology resources and innovations that can act as drivers for this organisational growth.
