This workshop qualifies as Professionalism Training for the purposes of the Society’s Continuing Professionalism Development scheme. Due to the interactive nature of the workshop, capacity is limited.
The workshop will explore the psychology of our decision-making processes and include consideration of ethical issues. Participants will explore the biases that they are susceptible to by working through a case and the group will then draw out practical solutions to improve their conscious decision-making.
