The Society's recently formed Diversity Working Group has been considering where it should focus its activities in support of the Society itself as well as its individual members.
Regulators and governance experts are becoming more vocal about the benefits of diversity in the Boardroom and within management teams. For some organisations, this may result in diversity becoming yet another compliance box to tick.
To stimulate member awareness on this topic and encourage a more holistic view, the Working Group has arranged a series of short presentations in advance of the annual Christmas Drinks event.
We encourage members to make time to attend this event and contribute to the dialogue on this important topic.

Members can count this event for 1 hour’s CPD. The LIA has also accredited this event for one hour’s professionalism CPD.
