In 2008 the Law Reform Commission published a Consultation Paper on Expert Evidence.  The paper examined the current rules concerning the admissibility of expert evidence and the role and function of expert witnesses. Reform is on its way. Yet what will it mean for experts, lawyers, professional regulators and insurers? 

This conference provides the opportunity to hear from a leading panel  of eminent & experienced speakers who will address important questions  of the day through the presentation of papers, parallel sessions with practical tips and a realistic mock hot tubbing demonstration.
