2013 Actuarial Teachers' and Researchers' Conference

The 2013 Actuarial Teachers’ and Researchers’ Conference will be held in Keele Hall at Keele University on 18-19 July 2013. This annual two-day event has been running now for many years, each time hosted by a different university, and provides all those interested in actuarial research and education a great opportunity to share their ideas and catch up on the latest developments.

The Actuarial Teachers' and Researchers' conference is the only actuarial conference with a research and education focus in the UK which is truly cross-practice and open to all. Following on from last year's success, the conference will continue the theme of "bridging the gaps" between academics and practitioners, between academic disciplines, and/or between actuaries and other professions.

This event is important to all those in both academia and industry with an interest in actuarial research and education (in their broadest interpretation), including those from outside the actuarial profession.
