RDR, PRIPS and IMD2 - Irish implications

The session will give an overview of developments in relation to the Retail Distribution Review, Packaged Retail Investment products and proposed revisions to the Insurance Mediation Directive.  It will also touch on other developments in regulation relating to distribution of investment and other life assurance/pensions products.  It will update on developments in the UK since the introduction of RDR and comment on how these developments could impact on Ireland.
