The Pensions Levy - practicalities and complexities

This meeting will explore the complexities of applying the recently-announced levy on pension funds.  How should the levy be offset from pensions, deferred pensions and accrued benefits?  What are the technical and legal issues arising?  What questions of equity arise?  What options exist for trustees in dealing with these issues?
