Peter Oakes and James Maher will introduce the core principles of corporate governance under Irish Law and Stock Exchange Listing requirements as an introduction to a wider discussion on how the Corporate Governance agenda knits together with the requirements of the Financial Regulators to provide an overarching framework for how Insurance and Reinsurance Companies are expected to manage their affairs in Ireland.

Peter is a Solicitor by training and an owner and director of Compliance Ireland, James is an Actuary and Council member with broad experience of International Reinsurance and Regulation of Reinsurance in Ireland
