This session will give practical insights into a subject that all actuaries probably think they can do,
but in reality have a lot to learn. As well as covering the the basic theory of project planning,
mobilisation, governance and benefit realisation methodologies, the speakers will discuss some of the
practical issues that need to be tackled including:

•  Dealing with the particular idiosyncrasies of actuaries;
• "Rolls Royce" or "Mini Metro";
• Dealing with cultural issues;
• Managing consultants and contractors; and
• Managing stakeholders
