How to manage compensation management safely and efficiently has been the focus of attention in modern enterprise. This paper, which starts with risk recognition of compensation management in modern enterprise, analyses main sources of compensation management risk and offers countermeasures of compensation risk management to establish risk warning system of compensation management, scientific compensation system, effective incentive and restraining mechanism of the agent, scientific and standard performance assessment system and strengthen communication of compensation management.
