Report of the Working Party on PPOs

This report on Periodic Payments Orders (“PPOs”) has been prepared by a Working Party of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. In preparing this report, the Working Party has sought to identify and describe various issues that the Working Party feels merit consideration by actuaries and others when analysing PPO claims.
