Olive Gaughan (INED) is chair of the Policyholder Reasonable Expectations (PRE) working group for life actuaries. The working group was established over 2 years ago to take account of changes in regulatory and corporate governance rules over the preceding years. The working group has now concluded and in the attached video Olive discusses the output and key messages of the working group with Viviana Pascoletti (CFO, Royal London Ireland).
