The successful format of CONVENTION A will be continued in 2024 with a special focus on Europe!

CONVENTION A | EUROPE is especially aimed at partners, participants and other interested parties from the European actuarial community. Nevertheless, participants from all over the world are warmly welcome to attend this international meeting of actuarial experts. The event will pick up where the successful launch of CONVENTION A left off in 2022. 

In September 2022, the EAA with support of www.actuview.com organized the 1st CONVENTION A as an online only conference. More than ever before, actuarial institutions and high-level keynote speakers provided an exciting and inspiring program on the latest topics for actuaries of all specialties and offered an attractive and unique networking experience for actuaries from all over the world.

The congress program will again be jointly created by many partners and institutions of the European actuarial profession. Each partner has chosen a topic and independently hosts a 90-minute expert session as part of the congress program. 

To kick each day off, the program will offer two plenary sessions featuring distinguished keynote speakers as a daily highlight. We are happy to announce our plenary sessions will cover two highly relevant topics: 'The Digital Euro and its Impact on the European Monetary System' and 'The Potential Inclusion of Sustainability Risks in Capital Models and Solvency Regimes
