IMI People Strategy Network 2 (DUBLIN): Adaptive HR in the Future of Work Context with Dr Marianne Roux
Announcement from the IMI organiser:
We are in one of the most challenging contexts in history, with Industry 4.0 (the future of work) and Black Swan events like COVID-19 converging to create a crisis never felt before by leaders.
This changing environment impacts the business model, strategy and operations significantly. Combined with a mobile and hybrid workforce this necessitates different leadership styles and the need to understand how human systems operate and self-organise. In these systems leaders are not in control, but rather become enablers of desired future states.
This event will provide you with an understanding of how to:
- Make sense of the future of work context and how to thrive in it.
- Understand and be able to design human-centred HR operating models and People Strategies that drive future-fit agility, capability, experience and purpose for sustainable growth.
- Learn the mindsets and practices of Adaptive HR Leaders – focus, grit, growth mindset, emotional agility, self awareness and clear relationships.
The sessions will be broken down into several short presentations and interactive group discussions.
We are providing virtual access to the Dublin event for those who can't make it in person. Please note the virtual access does not include the 45 minute interactive session on complex problem solving, some key takeaways and a networking lunch with other business leaders.
