IMI People Strategy Network 2 (CORK): Adaptive HR in the Future of Work Context with Dr Marianne Roux

Announcement from the IMI organiser:

We are in one of the most challenging contexts in history, with Industry 4.0 (the future of work) and Black Swan events like COVID-19 converging to create a crisis never felt before by leaders.

This changing environment impacts the business model, strategy and operations significantly. Combined with a mobile and hybrid workforce this necessitates different leadership styles and the need to understand how human systems operate and self-organise. In these systems leaders are not in control, but rather become enablers of desired future states.

This event will provide you with an understanding of how to:

  1. Make sense of the future of work context and how to thrive in it.
  2. Understand and be able to design human-centred HR operating models and People Strategies that drive future-fit agility, capability, experience and purpose for sustainable growth.
  3. Learn the mindsets and practices of Adaptive HR Leaders – focus, grit, growth mindset, emotional agility, self awareness and clear relationships.

A word from Dr Marianne Roux
