IMI Masterclass (DUBLIN) in association with Mason Hayes and Curran: Wellbeing and Performance Inspired by the Danish Model with Malene Rydahl
Announcement from the IMI organiser:
It is no secret that Denmark is routinely ranked as one of the happiest countries in the world.
Danish leadership is based around three essential values. Trust, empathy, and purpose are at the very core of the Danish Leadership Model and are essential for creating an environment that contains psychological safety.
This fascinating Masterclass will allow attendees to apply Malene's methods in their own workplace, fostering work-cultures based on self-awareness, empathy, and trust. As always, IMI's in-person events offer fantastic networking opportunities for attendees.
This Masterclass will equip you to:
- Establish a culture of psychological safety based on self-awareness, empathy and trust, leading to more well-being, engagement and performance.
- Become more conscious of your own values and understand what provokes conflicts with other people and how to solve them
- Define the common purpose of your company, while understanding your own purpose in your job, to foster team cohesion as well as personal and collective fulfilment
