A recording of this webinar is available on:

The presentation will focus on the different elements that we as individuals can become more conscious of and can adapt within ourselves in order to help create equity in the workplace.

It will touch on:

  • The biases within ourselves
  • How those biases affect our behaviour and ultimately the workforce
  • How self-awareness and self-belief are crucial for creating opportunities and for effective leadership (self-promotion, personal branding)
  • How self-awareness and self-belief are crucial for effective leadership and creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture (bias, mentorship, allies)

NB: As a security measure, there is a two-step registration process before you receive the link to join any webinar.  The first step is to register your interest in attending a webinar by making a reservation for an event via the Society’s website.  You will receive a link to then register via the Zoom platform.  It is after this second registration step that you will receive the link to join the webinar.
