IMI Webinar: From Great Resignation to Great Reimagination – an Irish perspective
Announcement from the IMI organiser:
There has been a global shift in talent intentions and expectations at a scale that has never been witnessed before.
The term 'The Great Resignation' is not something new to any of us. It has been called many things over the past few years – the great resignation, the great reshuffle, the great re-think. Deloitte has done extensive research on this topic in 2022 surveying over 23 thousand Gen Z and Millennials from 46 countries across America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
From this research we can see that there are similar trends, on a global and local level, coming forward that are driving this phenomenon.
In this session, Jon Kelleher and Anusha Monga of Deloitte will focus on the results of this research specific to Ireland.
