The Finance and Investment Committee are pleased to host a very topical CPD event on the Ukraine War and how it is upending the global oil markets. During this event, the Head of EMEA Oil at BloombergNEF, David Doherty, will cover topics such as:

David leads BloombergNEF’s oil research team, based in London. The oil research team at BNEF analyze the fundamentals of the oil market, the impact of the energy transition on the sector, and the strategy response of oil companies.
Prior to joining BNEF, David spent time as an oil products trader with Citibank before joining Wood Mackenzie as a Senior Analyst, covering Europe, Africa and the Caspian region. David holds a BSc in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics from Dublin City University and an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London.
