Chris Reynolds: Chris has worked within the Life Insurance Industry for almost 20 years. He is a qualified actuary with experience from both direct offices and reinsurance. As the Chief Pricing Actuary for EMELA he leads an international team with responsibility for the pricing function across Europe, LatAm and Longevity. Chris is currently the Chair of the Health and Care Board and a member of the CMI Assurances Committee. He’s recently been instrumental in establishing the Health and Care workstreams of ICAT (IFoA Covid-19 Action Taskforce)
Jonathan Hughes: Jonathan Hughes is Managing Director of EMEA for RGAX, the transformation engine of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA). He is responsible for driving business strategy for the EMEA region and collaborating closely with partners as well as with RGA. Jonathan works closely with life insurers, distributors, fintech companies and digital health start-ups to help develop a range of innovative life and health insurance propositions.
Phil Edbrooke: Phil Edbrooke is the Director of Protection and Innovation, looking after client management, innovation and product development for Pacific Life Re’s protection clients across the UK & Ireland. An Actuary by trade, Phil started his career in reporting before finding a more natural home in various pricing roles, over time tending towards the weird and wonderful world of product development. More recently Phil has worked client side in business development before taking up his current position in late 2020.
