Webinar: Proposals for a Revised CPD Scheme

A Society Working Group has been engaged on considering how the Society’s CPD Scheme should operate in future. Having presented to Council, the Working Group is now presenting its conclusions and recommendations to members.

The intention is that a new scheme will apply from this Summer onward.This is clearly something that will affect all working members and is likely to be in operation for some time.

The report gives both the proposals and some background to them (including results of the member survey). It will not be necessary to have read of this beforehand, as the proposals will be fully explained in the meeting.

A large number of members responded to the survey on attitudes to CPD. The learnings from that survey have been taken into account in the proposals. This meeting now represents a further chance to have input into the CPD scheme. There will be plenty of time allowed for contributions from members so that your reaction to the proposals can be gauged.
