It’s that time of year, where many of us will receive our annual feedback. We know that feedback is essential for professional development but we often dread it or dismiss it. The next book, Thanks for the Feedback by Douglas Stone and Sheila Heen, tackles this tension head on.
All are welcome to share their thoughts on this book at the next book club meeting at 6pm on Tuesday the 23th of February.
