SAI Book Club

A message from Orla Hennebry: Many thanks to everyone who joined last quarters Society’s online book club. It was great to openly discuss and share as our thoughts and experiences on reading the book with other Society members.

The book selected for the next book club is Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell.

In Malcom Gladwell’s book Outliers The Story of Success, he explores what is an outlier and what type of a person succeeds above everyone else. The answer may not be what you think. Culture, family and the generation we come from play a much bigger role than we think. Understanding what creates an outlier may also help us to understand what holds others back and what needs to change in order to build a more diverse and awarding environment.
