Developing your Personal Brand - followed by our annual Christmas drinks
Your personal brand is very simply how you are perceived in the workplace. What is top of mind when your peers, colleagues and employees think of you? Personal branding has become a buzzword term, but it matters. It matters because perception and reality do not always match and yet decisions, actions, motivations and emotions are almost always based on an individual’s internal perceptions.
Drawing on examples from the world of politics, media, sports and business this talk will give insights on how to assess, identify and establish your personal and professional brand. It will look at objectively assessing your current brand and detail practical, structured approaches to changing how you are perceived by your peers, colleagues, employees or industry.
Following the presentation, the Society will host our annual Christmas Drinks.
