IMI Webinar – Millennials: Seeking Stability and Opportunities in an Uncertain World

In this first session of the new webinar series, a panel of industry experts will discuss how last year many millennials had seemed to be planning near-term exits from their employers. Now, according to Deloitte Global’s sixth annual Millennial Survey, after 12 months of political and social upheaval, those ambitions have been curtailed.

This webinar will explore how young professionals are now less likely to leave the security of their jobs and are more concerned about uncertainty arising from conflict. It will be discussed how, especially in developed countries, these millennials are not optimistic about their future prospects, nor the directions their countries are going.

IMI Associate Faculty, Edwin O’Hora and Deloitte’s Human Capital Manager, Dawn Keaney will delve into the findings of the survey, with a specific focus on talent retention and how employers can seek to provide an environment of stability for millennials in such an uncertain world.
