SAI Student Society Cocktail Making Event

Would you like to step behind the bar with a champion mixologist and craft your own original cocktails? Now's your chance!

After a quick primer on basic bar techniques, current cocktail trends, and the science behind perfect flavour combinations, you'll be let loose to create your own unique creation, with guidance to perfect your technique.  
 
Entry includes three cocktails and finger food, as well as the master class.
