Pension Adjustment Orders

Liam Connellan is a Barrister, having been called to the Bar in 2001, and has recently joined Eugene F. Collins as its pensions specialist. He has worked at a senior level in both in-house and professional law firm environments having spent 6 years as legal adviser to New Ireland Assurance and 5 years as a pensions and employee benefits lawyer in another leading law firm. Liam specialises in advising both trustees and employers on all aspects of pension schemes including scheme documentation, administration, restructuring, amendment, pension adjustment orders, dispute resolution and pensions litigation. He also specialises in pension aspects of corporate transactions having advised on numerous commercial transactions involving the transfer of employees and is experienced in the documentation and benefit issues that arise in such transactions. Liam is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland.
